About the Speaker

At only 15 years of age, Jason Upton was singing in churches around the country and winning awards for his gifted music. However, it wasn't until after marrying his wife, Rachel, that he had an encounter with God that would change his life. He realized that he needed to focus solely on worshipping God, not on entertaining and pleasing people. As a result, Jason stopped booking engagements for a period of five years. While attending Regent University, he and Rachel set up a worship room at their house where they regularly gathered with other worshippers to pray and intercede. It was during these times that they realized that God was not simply giving them songs; but rather, He was giving them keys that would open and shut doors in the Spirit. Since that time, Jason has been asked to worship all over the world.
