Trying to download to a WINDOWS OR MAC COMPUTER?

The vast majority of Windows-based and Mac computers already have the extraction program built in to handle ZIP files.

When you click the download link in the order confirmation email you received, the download will begin immediately and the file will be saved to the folder on your hard drive that you have set up for download items… the factory default for MOST computers is the “DOWNLOADS” folder.

Once the file has finished downloading to your computer, click on the folder that contains the files. The files should then "unzip" and you should be left with another folder... open it and you should see the 2 messages (file name ends in .mp3). You can then listen to the messages on your computer, copy them to a CD (1 message per CD), or transfer them to a portable device, such as the popular iPod.
