Track Your Packages
HOW TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGES:
To track your order, go to www.elijahshopper.com. If you are already logged in, click the “Account” link at the top right corner. If you are not logged in, click “Sign In”, enter your email address and password in the spaces provided, then click the “Sign In” button. If you have forgotten your password, click the link directly below the password box that says, "Forgot Your Password?” On the next screen, just enter your login email address and you will receive an email with your password within a few minutes.
Once logged in, select the “Orders” option on the top row. Choose the order number that you wish to view tracking… bear in mind, it can take a day or 2 after you place your order before the tracking numbers appear in your account. On the right side, scroll to the bottom to “Shipping Details”, then click the tracking link to find out where your package is.
If your order has multiple items that are shipped from different locations, any additional tracking numbers will be found in the “Order Instructions/Comments” field.
If you are not able to locate the tracking number and it has been at least 3 days since you placed your order, send us an email to help@elijahliststore.com and we will investigate further for you.
