Shipping Policies

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE FROM ELIJAHSHOPPER.COM. When you use this shopping site, you agree by default to the following terms and conditions:

USA Sales -- Shipping Terms & Conditions

Shipping Time:
Shipping times shown in our store or advertising begin from the date the package is shipped, not on the date you placed your order. Packages normally leave our distribution centers within 1 to 3 business days, but may vary depending on the type of products you order. Once the order has been shipped, you should, in most cases, receive it within the time frame shown. Some orders are shipped from multiple supplier locations in the USA. If this occurs, your packages will arrive in separate packaging AND/OR on different dates.

Delayed Shipments:
ElijahShopper.com is not responsible for late or misdirected shipments that do not arrive "on time". Once we ship your order, the delivery timing is out of our control. We cannot resend your order or reimburse you for any delayed shipments, unless we made an error that caused the delay.

Damaged Merchandise:
If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives, you should REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package and then discover that part or all of the contents have been damaged, email us immediately (help@elijahliststore.com) with your order number and a description of the problem. If you purchased the optional extra shipping insurance, damaged packages are covered and we will resend a replacement for the damaged item(s). Include a photo of the damaged item and box/package. If you did NOT purchase the optional shipping insurance, you should contact the US Postal Service immediately and explain the problem. Please do not return "damaged-in-shipment" merchandise, as it may prevent you from receiving proper credit and we will not return the product to you without additional postage costs.

U.S. Postal Service Shipping:
The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) does not guarantee time in transit or provide tracking information for every shipping method. All listed shipping times are approximate and begin on the date the order is actually shipped, not the date you placed your order. Optional shipping insurance is available at a small additional cost (see below).

ElijahShopper.com is not liable for lost or misdirected shipments. If you wish to insure replacement of a lost or damaged package, we recommend that you purchase the optional shipping insurance at a small additional cost.

OPTIONAL USPS Shipping Insurance:
An OPTIONAL package insurance is available during the checkout process for a very small additional cost. If you purchase this OPTIONAL insurance, we will resend your package (at no additional cost to you) in the event your package does not arrive due to the following reasons:

* Lost packages that never arrive after a minimum of 21 business days have elapsed; or

* Items damaged during the shipping process (requires a photo of the damage).

* Shipments that do not arrived due to incorrect address where the incorrect information is caused by OUR error.

These issues are NOT covered by the OPTIONAL USPS Shipping Insurance:

* Shipments that have a tracking number, and the USPS tracking shows your package has been successfully delivered. You must contact the US Postal Service to have them open an investigation into your missing package.

* Shipments that have not arrived, but the USPS tracking site shows the package is still in transit, and it has been 21 business days or less since the package was picked up by the USPS from our distribution center.

*  Shipments where the customer has provided an incorrect mailing address when placing order, or moved to a different address after the order is processed.

 

Countries OUTSIDE of the USA -- Shipping Terms & Conditions

ElijahShopper.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or redirected orders sent outside of the continental USA. We will not resend or refund International orders for any reason... please know that you are ordering at your own risk.

Orders shipped outside the USA typically take from a few days to 4 weeks for delivery, but it is possible that delivery times can take many months to arrive. Shipping delays are beyond our control.

Because we ship packages to many countries all over the world, it is impossible for us to keep up with constantly changing import policies and customs regulations for each individual country outside the USA. For this reason, YOU MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ADDITIONAL FEES that are requested by your country. These include customs taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or import duties. Extra fees of this type that you may be required to pay before your package is released are your responsibility and are beyond our control. We will not reimburse you for any of these unfortunate charges.

Occasionally, packages sent to countries outside the USA will arrive opened, damaged, or with some or all of the items in the package missing. We cannot control what occurs during customs inspections or law enforcement/military inspections that may result in missing or damaged items. We will not reimburse or replace any such orders.

If any package is returned to us as unclaimed, or if you reject the package for any reason when it is delivered, we will not refund the shipping charges, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted for each product in the package(s) returned to us. The remaining amount will be refunded using the original method of payment. A store credit will be issued if it has been over 90 days from date of purchase.
