Trouble Downloading to an iPad, iPhone, or iPod device?
All PDF and MP3 download files sold in our online store are fully compatible with Apple iPad, iPhone and iPod devices. You can download your item(s) to your Apple device by clicking the “Download Files” link in the order confirmation email that you received shortly after your purchase.
In addition, the links are stored online in your ElijahShopper account. You may access them at any time.
Follow the instructions below on how to find the link in your account:
1) Go to www.elijahshopper.com.
2) Click on the link at the top right corner of your screen that says “Sign In”.
3) Login… Enter your email address in the top box and your password in the bottom box. Click the RED button marked “Sign In”. If you have forgotten your password, click the link that says, “Forgot your password?” located under the password box and to the right of the red “Sign in button. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

On the next screen, click the RED ARROW next to the product image. Final step… click the product code number (it will begin with “DL_”) to the right of the product image and your file will download.
To download a PDF e-book to an iPad, iPhone, or iPod: Once the download completes, add your new PDF e-book to your iBooks library. Open the e-book file and tap your screen. You will see a bar appear at the top of the page… this bar only stays visible for a few seconds. If you don’t select the option “Open in iBooks” within 2 seconds, it will go away. Jus tap your screen again and QUICKLY select that option. The e-book will then be stored in your iBooks Library so you can read it again anytime.
You can also download the files to your computer first and then transfer the files to your iPad, iPhone, or iPod. Most Windows-based computers and Mac computers already have the program (called “Adobe Reader”) built-in to handle PDF files.
To download an MP3 audio file to an iPad, iPhone, or iPod: The iPad/iPhone operating system (iOS) does not have a user file system like computers have. If you want to download directly to your iPad/iPhone, there are 2 available options (both are free) for you to download these MP3 files:
1) Get a DropBox account (FREE).Sign up at https://www.dropbox.com/. Then download the iPhone/iPad Dropbox app from the Apple App Store on your iPad (click the blue circle with the A inside of it that is marked “AppStore”). Then type DROPBOX in the search box at the top right, and select the option from the list that says “drop box for ipad”. It will be the first icon shown at the top left… click the “GET” button and the app will be downloaded to your iPad.

EXPLANATION OF ZIP FILES: Many of the MP3 audio download files are sent to you as “ZIP” files. ZIP files are a common way to compress files so that they take up less space. Music albums and teaching message sets are made up of multiple files, so we have gathered them into ZIP files so they can be sent to you together in one smaller file that will download faster.
If you have difficulties with the download process, please send us a detailed description of the problem you are having that needs to include EXACT and COMPLETE wording of any error messages so we can troubleshoot the problem successfully. Send all download problems or questions to: help@elijahliststore.com. Telephone support is not available for download items.
