Return Policy
The Elijah List Store Return/Exchange Policy (as of 09/15/2023):
We will accept product returns for refund, store credit or exchange only after you have received proper authorization from us. Please refer to the instructions below if you wish to return an item you purchased from us:
HERE'S HOW: Send an email to: orders@elijahshopper.com, or call 541-926-3250 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your full name, date of purchase, order number, what product(s) you want to return and why you wish to return the item(s).
Once you have been issued an RMA number, it must be written on the outside of the package when you return it to us. ANY ITEM(s) RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL may be denied credit or refund, regardless of the reason you return it. If this occurs, the package will only be returned to you after you pay additional return shipping cost.
No returns will be accepted if it has been longer than 30 days since the date the item was shipped out, unless the item is defective (see "Product Warranty" section below). We must receive your package within 30 days from the date we issue the RMA number to you, so please allow for return shipping time.
ALL products approved for return for refund or exchange MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, unless otherwise noted below. Original shipping/handling fees and return postage are not refundable.
SEASONAL ITEMS: Calendars, Christmas Cards, Christmas Decorations, other holiday-themed products, etc.) are not refundable.
BOOKS: No returns or exchanges on books unless defective (see Product Warranty section below). If the book is defective, we will exchange it for the SAME TITLE book only. If the book is discontinued or no longer available, you will be issued a "store credit" for the original purchase price paid.
CDs/DVDs/RECORDED MEDIA: (includes teaching recordings and Computer Software):
No returns or exchanges unless the media is defective (see Product Warranty section below). EXCEPTION: We will refund or exchange Music CDs or DVDs within 30 days of the purchase only if factory shrink-wrap is still intact. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. We will not refund, replace, or exchange any recorded item that has been opened, or if a defect cannot be verified, or if the item is damaged due to misuse or neglect (such as scratches, warping, smudges, or cracks). If the item is determined to be defective, we will of course send you a replacement for SAME TITLE only at our expense.
DOWNLOAD ITEMS: NO STORE CREDITS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on any download products, regardless of the reason... no exceptions! If you are having trouble downloading your purchased item(s), please send an email to help@elijahliststore.com for assistance in solving the problem. We will work with you until you are successful in downloading your purchase.
ART PRINTS/POSTERS: No refunds or exchanges. All art we sell is of the "print" variety and are digitally printed, NOT original paintings. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, see Product Warranty section below.
DISCONTINUED or CLOSEOUT ITEMS:
No returns or exchanges on Discontinued and/or Closeout items. Item(s) will be exchanged ONLY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE for the same item, if that same item is still available. If the defective item is no longer available, you will be issued a "store credit" for the original purchase price paid.
GIFT CERTIFICATES / STORE CREDITS: No refunds. Gift Certificates and Store Credits can be applied to any product in our online store. Not redeemable for cash or credit -- no exceptions. Any items purchased with a Gift Certificate or a previously issued store credit will be issued a store credit that can be used on your next purchase.
ANOINTING OILS, PERFUMES, LOTIONS, and other items applied to the body: No returns or exchanges. Anointing oils and other natural product scent profiles may vary from batch to batch. This is normal with natural extracts due to weather conditions, country of origin, and time of plant extraction. We do not guarantee you will like the scent of any oils or perfumes, and once opened, they NOT RETURNABLE under any circumstance, due to health and safety concerns.
APPAREL ITEMS: Item must be unused and in original condition, in original packaging, with all accessories, including instructions or illustrations (if applicable). Clothing items that have been washed or worn, smell of smoke, perfume, or have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return/exchange. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange and ship your item back to you at your expense, or dispose of it if you do not agree to pay for return shipping. Examples of apparel include Scarves, Shawls, Shirts, Hoodies, Hats, and similar items.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES: If any product we sell should become defective within 90 days of your purchase, we will gladly exchange the item for the SAME EXACT ITEM at no cost to you. If we require you to return the defective product to us, the replacement product will be sent to you after we receive the defective item. AFTER 90 DAYS, no replacement or exchange will be made on any item.
OUR PROMISE: If we make an error with your order, or if any product is defective (unless items are clearly abused or neglected) when you receive it, we will always make it right.
