Description
Taste the tradition and the culture of beloved Bible stories made real in this, John L. Sandford's twentieth and final book!
The burning bush of Exodus was an invitation to Moses to turn aside and come near to God. And so it is with Loving Jesus More. It is an invitation to take off your shoes, quiet yourself before God, and be transported back to the time of Jesus:
- Hear the bustle and noise in the dusty village markets as merchants sell their wares.
- Go behind the scenes with Jesus as He addresses the woman at the well. Who is she, really?
- Learn about the Covenant of Salt, and discover its powerful significance for us today!
- Walk in the sandals of the Prodigal Son's father and gain a deeper understanding of the Father's deep, abiding, and burning love for YOU.
Within the pages of this book, you will experience these events and many more like them. May they cause you to fall in love with Jesus even more.
Endorsements
"Loving Jesus More may be the last chapter of John Sandford's legacy of powerful teaching and prophetic wisdom. He invested many hours of research and study so as to bring the historical setting and culture of Jesus vividly alive, enabling us as readers to be drawn into His heart, to understand His background, and to love Jesus even more deeply!"
—John Arnott, Catch the Fire and Partners in Harvest, Toronto
"Knowing the customs of the times of Christ brings Scripture alive in a way that is often missed when looking through the lens of current culture. If you desire not only to have a richer understanding of the Word, but also to fall more in love with Jesus in the process, John's book will be an incredible tool for your journey. It is one of those rare books that creates a deeper hunger to search out the hidden treasures of God long after you turn the final page.

About the Author
John Loren Sandford, like Jeremiah, was called before his birth to be a pastor and a prophet. Filled with the Holy Spirit in 1958, John grew in the knowledge and revelation that became the foundational keys for inner healing. Together with his first wife, Paula, he traveled around the world, teaching and administering inner healing prayer to the hidden depths of thousands of hearts. That work continues today through Elijah House, which they founded in 1973. When Paula went home to the Lord in May, 2012, John was miserable. But God, in His great goodness, sent Marte Pierson to love him back to life! They were married in September 2015, and together continued to serve the Lord until John ran into the arms of Jesus March 2018.

Revelation comes with this knowledge, and with this revelation comes joy. It is Holy Spirit teaching facts without religious bias.
I highly recommend. John Sandford has left us a wondrous legacy. I am very grateful.
