USA Sales -- Shipping Terms & Conditions

Delayed Shipments: Elijah List is not responsible for late or misdirected shipments that do not arrive "on time". Once we ship your order using the shipping method that you selected, the delivery timing is out of our control. We cannot resend your order or reimburse you for any delayed shipments, unless we made an error that caused the delay.   Damaged Merchandise: If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives, you must REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package and then discover that it has been damaged, email us immediately with your order number and a description of the problem. Be sure that you save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It may keep you from receiving proper credit for the return.   UPS Shipping: UPS orders MAY require customer signature upon delivery, depending on the particular distribution center or warehouse that the order is shipped from. If a signature is required and you are not available when your package is delivered, UPS will make a total of 3 attempts at delivery and then return the package to us. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges. We recommend that you ASSUME that a signature will be required for your UPS order and make sure someone is there to sign for the package on the scheduled date of delivery. If you are not at the address during normal delivery hours, please choose the US Postal Service shipping method instead of UPS. We cannot resend your package without additional cost to you if you are not there to receive and sign for the package when it arrives. ALL UPS ORDERS INCLUDE A TRACKING NUMBER so you will know the date your order is expected to arrive. If NO signature is required, UPS will leave the package at your front door. If you do not want the package left there, YOU MUST CONTACT UPS to make any other arrangements! Once UPS has left the package at the address listed on the order, we WILL NOT replace any missing or stolen packages. We cannot resend your order, nor will we issue any credit or refund for any portion of your purchase.   U.S. Postal Service The U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee time in transit or provide tracking information for most orders. All listed shipping times are approximate and begin on the date the order is SHIPPED, not the date you order. Any order shipped via US Postal Service are sent at your risk. Elijah List is not liable for lost or misdirected shipments. If you wish to insure replacement delivery of a lost or damaged package, we recommend that you choose UPS and agree to the UPS shipping conditions above.   Shipping Time All order shipping times shown begin from the date the package is shipped from the warehouse(s). Packages are normally shipped out within 3 business days, unless any items are out of stock. If you choose to pay for your order using the "Electronic Check" method, your order will be held for 10 days BEFORE we will ship to allow time for the payment to reach our bank. Once your order has been shipped, you should (IN MOST CASES) receive it within the time frame shown for the ship method you selected. SOME ORDERS will be shipped from multiple warehouses... in this case, your packages will arrive in separate packaging AND/OR on different dates. International Sales -- Shipping Terms & Conditions We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or redirected International orders (those shipped outside the USA). We will not resend or refund these types of orders -- please know that you are ordering at your own risk.  Orders shipped outside the USA typically take 1 to 4 weeks for delivery, but it is not uncommon for delivery times of 12 weeks or more. Please be aware of this when placing your order, as shipping delays are beyond our control. Tracking is not available for packages shipped outside the USA. Because Elijah List ships packages to many countries, it is impossible for us to keep up with constantly changing import and customs regulations (or any additional charges as a result) for countries outside the USA. FOR THIS REASON, please be advised that it is YOUR responsibility to know of any additional fees that may be charged by your particular country. These include customs taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or import duties. Any of these (or similar) fees are your responsibility and are beyond our control. Occasionally, packages sent to countries outside the USA will arrive opened, damaged, or with some or all of the items in the package missing. We cannot control what occurs during customs inspections or law enforcement/military inspections that may result in missing or damaged items.
