How do I return an item?
The ElijahList Return Policy:We will accept returns only if you have received prior authorization. Please e-mail us at support@elijahlist.net to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must include your full name, date of purchase, your order number, and the description of the product(s) you would like to return and the reason that you wish to return the item(s). The RMA number MUST BE written on the outside of the package you are returning. ANY ITEM(s) SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OR AN RMA NUMBER LISTED ON THE PACKAGE MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RESTOCKING FEES APPLIED, OR POSSIBLY DENIED ANY CREDIT OR REFUND, depending on the circumstances and the condition of the returned items. All RMA requests must be dated no more than 30 days from the date of purchase. Items cannot be refunded more than 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days, there are no refunds or exchanges, unless the item is defective (within 90 days--see "Product Warranty" section below). We must receive the item back to our offices within 30 days from the date your RMA number is issued.
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the purchase price, depending on the condition of the returned item(s) and unless otherwise noted below (such as defective product). Original shipping/handling fees will not be refunded.
BOOKS: No refunds on any book unless item is defective (see Product Warranty section below). If the book is defective, we will exchange it for the SAME TITLE only (or store credit if the item is discontinued or no longer available).
CD's/DVD's/OTHER RECORDED MEDIA (includes teaching recordings): No refunds or credits (only exception is Music CD's where factory shrink-wrap is still intact). Exchange for SAME TITLE ONLY if defective. CDs/DVDs returned as defective, with which stated defect cannot be verified or duplicated by our equipment, or if damaged due to apparent misuse or neglect, will be sent back at your expense and will not be replaced. If the item IS defective, we will replace the CD or DVD at our expense.
DOWNLOADABLE ITEMS: We will NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS on any downloadable products, regardless of the reason. You may exchange a download for THE EXACT SAME ITEM, if available, in physical form. You will be responsible for the difference in retail price PLUS shipping charges.You are not able to print or copy most E-Books due to copyright restrictions BY THE PUBLISHER OR AUTHOR. They are viewable on your computer screen, as well as many portable viewing devices, such as an iPod, Kindle, Kindle DX, or other popular viewing devices available on the market.
ART PRINTS/POSTERS: No refunds. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, see Product Warranty section below.
BARGAIN BIN ITEMS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Bargain Bin items (items in which the price ends in .86). Item(s) will be exchanged or refunded ONLY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE for the same item, if available. If item is no longer available, store credit for amount paid will be issued.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: No refunds. Not redeemable for cash--good for merchandise only. Any item purchased with a Gift Certificate will be refunded with a store credit good for any future purchase.
GIFT ITEMS: Item must be in original, new condition, in original packaging, and complete including any instructions or illustrations. Examples include Calendars, Scarves, Shawls, and similar items. Anointing Oils and Perfumes ARE NOT RETURNABLE under any circumstance due to health and safety issues.
PRODUCT WARRANTY: All items we sell have a 90 day warranty. If any product is defective within 90 days of your purchase, we will gladly exchange the item for the SAME item at no cost to you. Depending on the product, we may ask you to return the defective product to us (we will reimburse you for return shipping) and the replacement will be sent to you after we receive the defective item. AFTER 90 DAYS, there is no further warranty on any items, and there will be no replacements or exchanges.
Of course, if we make an error with your order, or if an item is defective when you receive it, we will always make it right. Just e-mail us (support@elijahlist.net), and we will promptly take care of it. Your satisfaction is important to us! GOD BLESS YOU!
