- Delayed Shipments:
- The
Elijah List is not responsible for late or misdirected shipments
that do not arrive "on time". Once we ship your order using the shipping
method that you select, the delivery timing is then out of our control.
We
cannot reship your order or reimburse you for any delayed shipments,
unless we made an error that caused the delay.
- Damaged Merchandise:
- If
a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when
the package arrives, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already
accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, call us
immediately. We'll take it from there. Be sure to save all paperwork and
packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to
inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return
damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could keep you from
receiving credit for the return.
- UPS Shipping:
- UPS orders MAY require
customer signature upon delivery, depending on the particular
distribution center where the order is shipped from. If a signature is
required and you
are not available when your package is delivered, UPS will make a total
of 3 attempts at delivery and then return the package to us. You will be
responsible for any return shipping charges. We recommend that you ASSUME that a signature will be required for your UPS order and make sure someone is there to sign for the package.
- If you are not at the
address during normal delivery hours, please choose the US Postal
Service shipping method instead of UPS. We cannot resend your package
without additional cost if you are not there to receive and sign for the
package when it arrives. ALL UPS ORDERS INCLUDE A TRACKING NUMBER so
you will know the date your order is expected to arrive.
- If
NO signature is required, UPS will leave the
package at your front door. YOU MUST CONTACT UPS to make any
other arrangements! Once UPS has left the package at the address listed
on the order, we are not liable for replacement of missing or stolen
packages, and we cannot resend your order or issue any credit or refund
on any portion of your purchase.
- U.S. Postal Service
- The U.S. Postal
Service does not guarantee time in transit or
provide tracking information for most orders. All listed shipping times
are approximate.
Orders shipped via US Postal Service are sent at the consumer's
risk. The Elijah List is not liable for lost or misdirected shipments.
If you wish to insure replacement delivery of a lost or damaged package,
you MUST use UPS and agree to the UPS shipping conditions above.
- Shipping Time
- All
order shipping times shown begin from the date the package is shipped
from the distribution center(s). Packages will be normally be
shipped out within 3 business days, unless any items are out of stock.
Shipping may take longer in this case. Once your order has been shipped,
you should receive it within the time frame that you chose for ship
method. SOME ORDERS will be shipped from multiple warehouses... in this
case, your packages may arrive in separate packaging AND/OR on different
dates.
