If you paid by credit card
Once you complete your order by clicking on the yellow "place order" button, and your order had been entered into our system, the next page you will see is the Order Confirmation page. Since you are paying by credit card, your order has been paid for immediately. At the bottom of that page, there will be one or more links so you can immediately download the item(s) you purchased.
If you paid by PayPal
When you pay by PayPal, you are NOT taken to the Order Confirmation page once your order is complete. Instead, you are taken to a page with a link to the PayPal Web site, so you can pay for your order. You will not be able to download any of the files you are purchasing until you make your payment with PayPal. Once that has been done, follow the instructions in the next section....
No matter how you paid...
No matter how you paid, you will be e-mailed a receipt for your order within a few minutes of completing your order. This e-mail receipt WILL NOT have any links in it for downloading the item(s) your purchased!
Never fear! You can still get your downloads (once your order has been paid for), and we're going to tell you how right now, in 7 easy steps!
- If you are not already there, go to the ElijahShopper Web site.
- Near the top, right-hand part of the page, click on the menu item "My Account / Order Status".
- If you are not already logged in to your account, log in now.
- Under the "My Orders" section, click on the "Review orders / track packages" link.
- On the resulting page, find the order that has the downloads you want. For the orders that have downloadable items, under the blue button to the right labeled "View or change order" will be the link "Download File(s) > > >". Click on the blue "View or change order" button for that order.
- Near the top of the resulting page will be an animated blue arrow, with the link "Click here to download the files you've purchased.". Click on that link.
- On the resulting page there will be one or more links so you can download the item(s) you purchased.
E-mail with download links
If you have paid for your order, you WILL eventually receive an e-mail containing links so you can download your item(s). BUT, you won't receive this e-mail until we have processed your order on our end, and marked it as complete, which will generally be 1 to 2 business days after you place your order. But as we explained above, you don't have to wait until you get this e-mail in order to download the item(s) you purchased ... just follow the above instructions. |

ZIP files are a common way to bundle multiple computer files into one single file, and to compress them so that they take up less space. Because all of the downloadable music albums, and some of the downloadable teaching sets (like 2 packs and 5 packs) contain multiple files, we have gathered the multiple files for those products into ZIP files, so all of the associated files can be downloaded together in one single ZIP file per product.
The most recent versions of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS have the built-in capability to open ZIP files and extract their contents. If you have an older operating system, you can search Google to find a free program that will open ZIP files (otherwise known as UNZIPPING).
If any of the downloads you purchase in this store are bundled in a ZIP file, you will definitely need to UNZIP them before you can use them. This is your responsibility as the customer. |
