A passionate heart for intimacy with the Holy God	September 5, 2012

The lyrics penned and sung by the Pinkstons express a heart for intimacy with a holy God with excellence.

They are not repetitive, yet they will sing out or play spontaneously as inspired by the Holy Spirit, including with songs from God directed toward the congregation. Their music itself is interesting, with a wide dynamic range and energetic electric guitar and keyboard solos. Angela's voice is better than your average lead worshiper in her age group and rock genera, and it carries and owns the room.

I am satisfied with my purchase of their newest album, and would recommend it, without reservation to anyone with a heart similar to the one summarized here, who enjoys modern rock styled worship.
