"Are We Transition Challenged?"

In his usual funny style, Larry Randolph is at his best as he shares—and we get to be a part of the process of relying on revelation to bring clarity. He begins by saying, "Lot's wife was transition challenged." We are a people who get stuck in the process of transition and transformation. Israel made a theology out of the wilderness place instead of moving on to the place that God had for them to possess. A change is coming and we are about to make the move from religious mindsets to being Kingdom minded.

We will find ourselves looking less and less like us and more like Christ, as He forces out of us that which cannot remain in the presence of the greater glory. God has given us a model of family and relationship in order to build His Church and uses the father-mother model, servant-leader mentality that works through relationship to equip His people.

God is shifting our thinking and giving us permission to be diverse and to bring something different to the Church. We must become true to our own identity and be that reflection of Him and who He has created us to be. A world is dying to see the fullness of God manifested, we are called to manifest Him!

She addresses the current state of our nation by giving us powerful insight into how God is moving and the great transformation that is taking place among God’s people and shares a dream about the sinking Titanic that represents the Church.

God is telling us that we don’t need a building to be the Church. He is removing the mindsets that have kept us from moving out into the world to bring in the harvest. It's ok for us to not know things ahead of time as God wants us to trust Him. God is looking for those who will allow a Holy disturbance.

In the midst of darkness, God is teaching us to rely completely upon Him and He is looking for those who will not allow themselves to be overwhelmed by uncertainty. In fact, He is looking for those who will be willing to allow Him to create a Holy disturbance!
